Are the grafted hair fragile ?
Not at all; the hair are as resistant as the others and will grow normally. Thanks to the accuracy of the implant, you will be able to have the haircut you wish, etc...

Can women undergo such type of operation?
Yes, women as well can undergo hairgrafting and in their case, microfollicular hairgrafting can be used for an increase in density.

How many grafts can be implanted in one session?
Thanks to our large team (15 persons) for only one patient and depending on the degree of baldness and the amount of grafts that can be collected, we generally practise single sessions of up to 3000 micrografts, i.e. between 6500 to 7000 hair.

Is it painful?
With the present technique, it is possible to have recourse to local anesthetic so as to make the operation painless. Furthermore, during the operation, the patient can discuss with team, listen to music or even watch a film.

How quickly can one go back to his professional life?
It is possible to go back to work on the following day but for your own personal comfort we recommend 2 to 3 days rest.

Must one follow a specific treatment after the operation?
A mild treatement (pills that you swallow) may be prescribed for a few days following the operation.

How soon can one expect the grafted hair to start growing?
One must wait for some 3 to 4 months for the first hair to appear and they will then grow at a rate of 1 cm per month.

How long lasts the operation?
An operation of 1500 to 1800 micrografts will last between 3 to 4 hours with a team of at least 10 persons.

Is there any risk for rejects within the grafted hair?
Taking in to consideration the fact that the hair are separated by follicles with the use of a binocular microscope with utmost precision by well trained team which work exclusively with this new technique, the risk of reject is almost impossible since your very own hair that are grafted.

Can the grafted hair fall in the future?
No. Since these have been taken from a zone where they were programmed to grow for life, they will keep growing and will not fall.

When is it possible to go back to the hairdresser?
3 weeks later.

Why only a few clinics around the world can offer such a large amount of grafts in only one session?
Depending on the donor zone, our team can in fact safely implant between 2500 & 3000 micrografts (i.e. around 6000 to 7000 hair) in one single session. This is rendered possible only with a very large team as ours and by the fact that they have perfectly mastered the technique.

Will the operation be noticeable to people around me?
Only in the case of people with acute baldness, some minute red dots (where the micrografts have been implanted) will be visible and these will disappear within a few days. As for the donor zone, it will be completely invisible.
